COMMUNITY FACILITIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE

As a charitable trust we represent the residents of Goostrey,and run the facilities on a totally independent and voluntary basis to help to create unity and friendship in the village. We are not a club, but a totally impartial body with the aim of providing facilities owned, run and used by Goostrey Residents, and offer not only sports facilities but meeting rooms and social accommodation for use by the village community.

SOCIAL GATHERINGS
We have two meeting rooms:-

Ground floor 6 meters x 9 meters with double opening doors onto the astro turf patio and the football field.
​
First Floor 7meters x 12 meters with roof windows over looking the sports facilities on both sides.
​
They can be booked independently or together along with the changing rooms and kitchenette.
​
COME AND HOLD YOUR PARTIES AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS HERE. INSIDE OR OUTSIDE AND MAKE AS MUCH NOISE AS YOU WISH WITHOUT DISTURBING VILLAGE RESIDENTS

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

If you would like to book the facilities for a private party then please contact us. There is a small fee but the money is totally recycled and used to maintain the village facilities.

BUSINESS FUNCTIONS

If you would like some quiet facilities to hold business meeting in confidence then apply to the trustees to book the accommodation with space to walk and share your thoughts . The facilites are available for use most of the working day.

​
Let your children come and play and shout as loud as they wish. they can have a party inside, outside or both, OR book the facilities for yourselves and enjoy our community facilites in a wonderful rural location.
